Ross E. McElroy, PGeol, BSc
Technical Team Leader
In addition to being the company's President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. McElroy is the Fission Energy's Chief Geologist. Mr. McElroy has over 20 years of experience in exploration, advanced project development and mining for both junior and major mining companies for a variety of commodities including uranium, gold and diamonds. Raymond Ashley
VP Exploration
Mr. Ashley has worked in the mineral exploration industry for 25 years. From 1990 to 1996, he was employed with BHP-Billiton, first in gold and base metal exploration and later in diamonds. With BHP-Billiton he was a key member of the discovery team of Ekati, Canada's first diamond mine, and held the position of Exploration Manager Canada Diamonds. From 1996 to 2009 he was VP Exploration for Dia Met Minerals in exploration for diamonds internationally, COO of Trigon Exploration Ltd., a public company he co-founded, and VP Exploration for Diamondex Resources Ltd. Since 2009, he has been an independent consulting geoscientist, and has been a member of Fission's team responsible for the high grade uranium J Zone discovery at Waterbury Lake.

Caroline Harke: M.Sc. in Geology.
Consulting Geologist
Ms Harke has worked with the Geological Survey of Canada where she was involved with a technical research team investigating quaternary deposits in Nova Scotia, Ontario and British Columbia. She has over 11 years of industry experience in gold, base metals and diamond exploration programs across Canada.

Janet M. Stritychuk, B.Sc.
Consulting Land Manager
Ms Stritychuk has over 20 years of experience in the industry, including the management of the mineral land holdings for several companies.

J. Andrew Jeffrey, B.Sc.
Consultant
Mr. Jeffrey is a graduate of Queen's University and has more than ten years of experience in Canadian uranium, diamond, gold and base-metal mineral exploration projects.

Victor Mitchell
Consultant
Mr. Mitchell has worked in the mineral exploration industry for 25 years. From 1985 to 2001, he was employed with BHP-Billiton, first in gold and base metal exploration and later with the discovery team of Ekati. Since 2001, he has been an independent consulting geoscientist, and recently has been a member of Fission's team responsible for the high grade uranium J Zone discovery at Waterbury Lake.

Barbara Crawford, B.Sc. with Honours
Consultant
With over 10 years of experience working in an open pit and underground mining operation, Ms. Crawford possesses extensive Project Management experience within remote parts of Canada. Throughout her 13 year career with BHP Billiton, she was responsible for managing diamond core and large diameter reverse circulation drilling projects for the purposes of geophysical anomaly target testing, ore body delineation and definition, and resource definition, as well provided geological interpretation of kimberlite deposits for resource modeling and selection studies.

Antonio (Tony) Gonzales, BSc (Spec)
Consultant
Mr. Gonzales has been involved in mineral exploration for over 22 years, much of it with mining giant, BHP Billiton. He was a key member of the team that brought the EKATI Diamond Mine from advanced exploration to production. He has held roles as Senior Exploration Geologist, Technical Specialist (R&D) and Superintendent of Exploration as part of the Strategic Development group at EKATI. At Fission, as Project Manager, he is an integral member of the advanced exploration team working to develop the high grade uranium J Zone in Northern Saskatchewan.
